Refund & Return Policies

We accept returns within 30 days after receipt. When we receive the part back, we will issue a full refund. Please note the part must be in the same condition as it was received. Returns outside of these 30 days must be agreed on before sending the part back.

Shipping Policies

We ship all our orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We can ship worldwide with UPS, TNT or Schenker. You can also choose to arrange the shipment yourself with a pick-up from our warehouse.

Warranty Policies

We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our products (new and used). If an issue occurs outside of these 30 days, we will always try to find an appropriate solution.
