We perform both the assembly of individual components at the production station, as well as the assembly of finished subassemblies in designated mounting sockets. To assemble the completed semi-finished products into the final product, we use the following methods: • Assembly on mounting and testing devices • Vibrational and ultrasonic welding • Thermal welding We are able to provide coating and plating services through specialized external companies. We have our own tooling facilities to effectively and efficiently service and repair injection molds and equipment. The tool room is equipped with machining tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders, electrical discharge machines) and a laser welder. Additionally, we collaborate with local tool rooms to reduce repair time and eliminate potential downtime caused by equipment failures. For each injection mold, we maintain a tool card that contains information about the mold's status, the number of cycles completed, inspections, interventions, and failures.
