Refund & Return Policies

Rückgaben sind nach vorheriger schriftlicher Vereinbarung möglich. Kundenspezifisch beschaffte oder speziell bestellte Artikel sind grundsätzlich von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen. Bei falsch gelieferten, beschädigten oder nachweislich mangelhaften Artikeln erfolgt die Bearbeitung nach Prüfung des Einzelfalls. Rücksendungen dürfen nur nach vorheriger Freigabe erfolgen.

Shipping Policies

Weltweiter Versand nach Vereinbarung. Versandkosten und Lieferbedingungen werden individuell im Angebot angegeben. Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands, der EU sowie international sind möglich. Incoterms und Versandart werden je nach Auftrag und Bestimmungsland vereinbart. Angegebene Lieferzeiten gelten vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit beim Hersteller bzw. Lieferanten.

Warranty Policies

Für gelieferte Produkte gelten die jeweiligen Gewährleistungs- und Garantiebedingungen des Herstellers sowie die vereinbarten Vertragsbedingungen. Mängel sind nach Feststellung unverzüglich schriftlich mitzuteilen. Garantie- und Gewährleistungsansprüche werden nach Prüfung des jeweiligen Falls bearbeitet.

Billing Terms

Rechnungen werden nach den im Angebot bzw. in der Auftragsbestätigung vereinbarten Zahlungsbedingungen ausgestellt. Bei Erstbestellungen erfolgt die Zahlung grundsätzlich per Vorkasse. Für bestehende Geschäftskunden können nach Vereinbarung Zahlungsziele eingeräumt werden. Alle Preise verstehen sich, sofern nicht anders angegeben, netto zuzüglich der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.
