All warranty claims and product returns must be authorized in advance through our RMA process. Do not send any product without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: email us with full details of the claimed defect and proof of purchase / invoice number to receive one. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package exterior and all shipping documentation. Products received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the Buyer's expense. Buyers must check the delivery on receipt and report any incorrect or missing items in writing within 8 business days. Advance payments on special-order products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns for convenience (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item, no longer needed); only defective items are eligible for return via the RMA process above.

Standard delivery term is EXW Järvenpää, Finland (Incoterms 2020). Shipping may also be arranged under CPT (Carriage Paid To): the Seller arranges transport and risk transfers to the Buyer when the goods are handed to the first carrier. Estimated dispatch for stock items: approx. 2–5 business days within Finland, 3–7 days to other EU countries, and 3–16 business days outside the EU, depending on delivery method and customs. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. All customs duties, taxes, import fees and destination charges are the Buyer's responsibility. Goods in transit are not insured by the Supplier; the Buyer insures them at their own expense if required. Any increase in customs duties, taxes or import fees (e.g. from tariff changes or sanctions) is not included in the price and will be invoiced separately.

The warranty period is one (1) year from the shipping date unless expressly stated otherwise. If a product is found defective within the warranty period, the Supplier may, at its discretion, repair or replace it with an equivalent or identical unit; warranty repair does not restart the warranty period. If repair or replacement is not feasible, the Supplier may issue a credit for the amount paid, usable against future purchases (valid 12 months, not convertible to cash). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or defects from improper installation, transport, or use. Warranty claims must be made in writing within 8 business days of receipt via our RMA process. The Supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

Advance payment (100%) is required for all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Invoices are issued in EUR and delivered by email or e-invoice - The Supplier retains ownership of the goods until the full purchase price is paid - Where credit terms are granted in writing (e.g. 14 days net for domestic Finnish customers), late payment is subject to default interest of 8% under the Finnish Interest Act plus 2.5% additional interest, and the Supplier may withhold further deliveries until payment is made - The Buyer waives any right to offset its own claims against the Supplier's claims
