Federn-Oßwald Fahrzeugteile & Technischer Handel is a family-owned business that is managed by its owners. The company was founded by Günter Osswald in 1979. His daughter, Steffi, obtained a degree in business administration (BA) from the vocational academy in Dresden after graduating from high school. She returned to the company in 2000 and is responsible for human resources, personnel deployment planning, marketing, event planning, and damage management. Mathias, Günter's son, completed his Abitur and military service before studying Protestant theology in Marburg and Göttingen. He also obtained a degree in business administration (BA) from the vocational academy in Dresden in 2006 and is now responsible for sales, support of all sales outlets, training/coaching, and quality management. The family company values their employees and provides support whenever it is needed.
