For over 40 years, Sdi has been dedicated to addressing the challenges of industrial plant automation, supervision, and control, and developing real-time software. We have built a strong reputation and supplied complete solutions for remote control of offshore oil and gas platforms, and monitoring of thermoelectric power plants, for leading customers such as ENI-AGIP and ENEL. Furthermore, Sdi has expanded its customer base by providing automation systems (DCS), remote control systems (SCADA/HMI systems), and custody transfer systems, which have all contributed to enhancing productivity and environmental sustainability in the fields of power production, gas treatment, water treatment, energy distribution (electricity, gas, water, public lighting), and rail transport, as well as other important applications such as gas pipelines, HV substation automation systems (power transmission), wind farms, photovoltaic plants, and energy storage systems (renewables).
