Simplas S.p.A. is an Italian manufacturer specializing in the design and production of industrial extrusion heads and related accessories for the plastics industry since 1966. The company offers a vast range of extrusion heads available in various shapes and sizes, capable of producing films, sheets, and slabs with thicknesses from a few microns up to 50 mm and widths from 50 mm to 10 meters. Simplas provides single-channel and multilayer heads for bioriented films, including automatic 2-7 layer heads for film and manual 2-5 layer heads for sheet production, suitable for polyamide and PVB films. Their product portfolio also encompasses specialized hot melt coating heads for contact coating of adhesives, systems for adjusting extrusion width and lip thickness, and dedicated heads for honeycomb sheet production.
