Returns and refunds are accepted in the following cases: - Defective product - Item not as described - Wrong item delivered Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Returns for incorrectly ordered items are subject to prior approval and may incur a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

We ship via express courier or freight forwarder. Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are made under Incoterms DAP (Delivery At Place). Shipping costs are either: - Included in the product price where stated, or - Quoted separately before order confirmation. Standard dispatch time for in-stock items is 1–5 business days.

All products are covered against functional defects under normal use. Standard warranty period: - New products: 12 months - Refurbished / Used products: 6 months All items are tested before shipment unless stated otherwise. Serial numbers are recorded and verified before dispatch. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repair. Real product photos are available upon request. Condition codes used: NS = New Sealed NWB = New Without Box NOB=New open Box REF = Refurbished US = Used

Invoices are issued upon order confirmation. Payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are quoted excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
