Techno-Elec SAS

Techno-Elec SAS is a French manufacturer specializing in custom electromagnetic protection relays, voltage relays, current relays, and differential relays for the railway industry. Established in 1936, the company designs, manufactures, and markets sensitive measuring and protection relays under the Servo-Contact brand for rolling stock and railway infrastructure. Techno-Elec provides electrical relays engineered for critical applications in electric traction networks, including sub-stations, locomotives, metros, tramways, high-speed trains, and industrial power systems. Its product portfolio encompasses current monitoring relays, voltage detection units, time-delay relays, and differential protection systems operating from 1 mA to 15,000 A and 10 mV to 10,000 V. Manufactured in France according to international standards such as IEC 77, EN 50124, and EN 61373, these electromechanical relays deliver high galvanic isolation, operation without auxiliary power supply, and high overload resistance. In addition to custom relay manufacturing, Techno-Elec offers technical services including custom engineering advice, maintenance support, and research and development for global railway projects. The company serves transport operators, system integrators, and industrial partners across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
