teckentrup SLI GmbH + Co. KG

teckentrup SLI GmbH + Co. KG is a German manufacturer and developer of specialized screw locking systems and NSK lock washers based in Plettenberg. As the original inventor of the locking washer principle, the company engineers anti-loosening and anti-rotation fasteners to preserve clamping force under severe dynamic loads and vibration. The product portfolio encompasses multifunctional NSK washers, electrical contact glands, SK-Z cylindrical bolt washers, and customized locking elements compliant with DIN EN 17976 and DIN 25201 standards. Serving B2B industrial customers in rail transportation, electrical engineering, and machinery manufacturing, the firm delivers reliable joint securing solutions up to property class 12.9. These washer systems effectively maintain preload stability, mitigate thermal stress in electrical connections, and prevent self-loosening across demanding mechanical applications. teckentrup SLI also collaborates directly with clients to develop application-specific fastening solutions tailored to specialized joint geometries. Technical resources including downloadable CAD files, residual spring characteristic curves, and torque calculations support engineers throughout the joint design process.
