The Rocket Point oÜ

Since most of the services offered by CondorAutomation/The Rocket Point OÜ are digital or personalized, refunds are not accepted once the service has begun or the product has been delivered, except in the case of a demonstrable technical defect or breach of the agreed-upon terms. In cases where a refund is applicable, the customer must request it within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the delivery or activation of the service.The Company may require additional documentation to justify the request. Once a valid refund or cancellation has been accepted, CondorAutomation/The Rocket Point OÜ will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Bank charges, fees, or other costs associated with the transaction will not be refunded.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Spain. Products that are not currently in stock will be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Delivery times will be confirmed at the time of purchase and may vary depending on product availability and shipping. We can ship worldwide with UPS, TNT or DHL. You can also choose to arrange the shipment yourself with a pick-up from our warehouse. We offer our Special service "Industrial Taxi" (only available in Spain): If you need the part outside of business hours, on weekends, or with critical urgency, we send our own vehicle directly to your plant from our warehouse in Barcelona.

All products and services offered by Condor Automation come with a 12-month warranty.

We work with prepayment. After approval we can also set up an account with a payment term of 30 days.
