Turbo Spray

Turbo Spray is a manufacturer of custom low-pressure HVLP spray equipment and industrial finishing systems headquartered in Howell, Michigan. Founded in 1980, the family-owned business specializes in precision spray application technology for liquid coatings, paints, adhesives, mold releases, and slip coats. Their product catalog features automatic spray guns, hand spray guns, ID pipe coating guns, rotary spray guns, extension nozzles, chain-on-edge spray machines, and conveyor finishing systems. Operating a 15,000-square-foot machining and manufacturing facility, Turbo Spray produces true low-pressure spraying solutions engineered to operate below 10 PSI. These systems maximize coating transfer efficiency, minimize fluid overspray waste, reduce compressed air consumption, and lower material usage by at least 30 percent. Serving automotive, aeronautics, and consumer product manufacturing sectors across North America and Mexico, the company acts as an authorized Fanuc Robotics integrator for automated finishing cell design. Turbo Spray delivers comprehensive engineering services including robot programming, cycle time reduction, custom machinery design, prototyping, spray process consulting, and technical support.
