The AF190-30-11-12 is a 3 pole - 1000 V IEC or 600 V UL contactor with pre-mounted auxiliary contacts and Main Circuit Bars, controlling motors up to 90 kW / 400 V AC (AC-3) or 125 hp / 480 V UL and switching power circuits up to 275 A (AC-1) or 250 A UL general use. Thanks to the AF technology, the contactor has a wide control voltage range (48-130 V 50/60 Hz and DC), managing large control voltage variations, reducing panel energy consumptions and ensuring distinct operations in unstable networks. Furthermore, surge protection is built-in, offering a compact solution. AF contactors have a block type design, can be easily extended with add-on auxiliary contact blocks and an additional wide range of accessories.

They have two different tripping mechanisms, the delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection and the electromechanic tripping mechanism for short circuit protection. The CM-SFS.22S is a single-functional current monitoring relay from the CM single-phase monitors range. This monitoring relay operates with a rated control supply voltage of 24 - 240 V AC / DC and has a 2 c/o (SPDT) output with contacts rated at 250 V / 4 A. It provides a RMS measuring principle for DC and AC currents with 3 measuring ranges: 0.3-1.5 A, 1-5 A and 3-15 A. The CM-SFS.22S offers window (over- and undercurrent) monitoring as well as selection of ON- or OFF-delay, open- or closed-circuit operating principle, with or without latching function. The output contacts can be configured as 1x2 c/o (SPDT) (common signal) or 2x1 c/o (SPDT) (separate signal for minimum and maximum thresholds) operation. The hysteresis is fixed at 5 % of the threshold value. The tripping delay and the start-up delay are adjustable over a range of instantaneous to 30 s (0, 0.1-30 s). A sealable transparent cover for protection against unauthorized changes is available as accessory. The device offers screw connection technology with double-chamber cage connection terminals.

The softstarter PSE72-600-70 has a rated maximum operational current of 72 A with an operating voltage span from 208...600 V AC. The rated control voltage is between 100...250 V AC at 50/60 Hz. PSE features a two-phase control with a soft start and stop through a voltage or a torque ramp. It has built-in bypass for easy installation and energy saving. A RUN, TOR, and Event signal is available from a relay output in NO (normally open state). The PSE has functions such as current limit, kickstart, analog output, EOL, underload, and locked rotor protection. To interact with PSE, it has an Illuminated display that uses symbols to become language neutral. As an option, you can add an identical external keypad with a rating of IP66. There are three ways to communicate with PSE. It can be done by hardwire inputs Start/Stop or by Reset of fault. Another popular option is the built-in fieldbus communication Modbus RTU. You can also use an external adaptor and a Fieldbus plug. PSE is a true general pur­pose softstarter. It’s a perfect balance be­tween high starting capacity and cost effi­ciency. Very suitable for small to medium-sized three-phase motors with nominal currents from 18...370 A. Typical applications are, for example, pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyors.
