The VQC1000/2000 Manifold Block Assembly is designed for the VQC1000/2000 series, offering exceptional flexibility and space-saving benefits. This assembly is IP67 compliant, ensuring dust-tight and immersion-proof performance based on IEC60529 standards. It features a multi-pin connector manifold that allows for easy adaptation, including added stations and changed specifications.

The assembly's design positions all solenoids and fittings on one side, enabling free mounting and reducing recombination labor with its no-screws, one-clamp structure. It supports various common wiring methods and includes a 4-position, dual 3-port valve. The manifold type numbers are VV5QC11 and VV5QC21.

Additionally, the VQC1000/2000 Manifold Block Assembly is compatible with the EX600 serial transmission system, supporting multiple Fieldbus protocols such as DeviceNet®, PROFIBUS DP, CC-Link, EtherNet/IP™, EtherCAT, and PROFINET. It can connect up to 9 units in any order, including input devices like auto switches and output devices like solenoid valves. The assembly also features a self-diagnosis function for maintenance monitoring and parameter setting via a Handheld Terminal.
