The Branson 2000X 15kHz Ultrasonic Welding System is a state-of-the-art solution designed for precision and efficiency in industrial welding applications. This system offers multiple weld modes including weld by time, peak power, energy, and distance, providing versatility for various applications. The patented Amplitude Stepping feature optimizes weld strength and appearance, while the built-in digital amplitude control allows for fine-tuning of critical applications.

With true alarm messages and self-diagnostics, troubleshooting is simplified, and production tracking is enhanced with built-in alarm and cycle counters. The system also includes printing capabilities for future comparison and validation, supporting ESC/P and HPL drivers. Sixteen nameable presets facilitate easy setup and changeover, and the password protection feature ensures unauthorized process changes are prevented.

The totally digital power supply features True Digital Autotune with Memory (AT/M), providing fully-automatic tuning and storing horn frequency at the end of each weld. The programmable starting ramp and energy braking enhance performance, while the Auto Seek function measures and stores stack frequency. Line/Load Regulation maintains output amplitude consistency, and the System Protection Monitor (SPM) offers five levels of power supply protection.
