The D-UG 660 Control Unit is designed for rigorous flame monitoring requirements, seamlessly integrating with DURAG optical flame sensors to ensure reliable detection of gas, oil, and coal flames. Ideal for complex multi-burner systems, this control unit offers intermittent and continuous operation, ensuring flexibility and robust performance in various industrial settings.

Featuring self-monitoring and fail-safe functionality, the D-UG 660 supports safety chains up to SIL 3. The unit includes an alphanumeric LCD display for clear, real-time status updates and settings. It accommodates up to two flame sensors, with preset combinations for switching thresholds and safety times, enhancing operational efficiency.

Designed with maximum safety and high availability in mind, the D-UG 660 provides two flame ON/OFF contacts (normally open and normally closed) and supports all DURAG GROUP optical flame sensors. The unit's consistent two-channel design ensures redundancy and reliability.

The D-UG 660 is suitable for power stations, chemical plants, refineries, cement plants, waste incinerators, steam generators, and heating plants.

The control unit meets several industry standards, including DVGW, UL 372, FM Class 7610, AGA: AS 4625, EAC, and SIL3.
