The Festo Linear Actuator DGC-K-25 is designed for precision and reliability in a wide range of industrial applications. Featuring a stroke range of 1 mm to 8500 mm and a piston diameter of 25 mm, this actuator is versatile and adaptable to various operational needs. The actuator operates with double-acting mode and includes pneumatic cushioning adjustable at both ends for smooth and controlled motion.

Engineered for flexibility, the DGC-K-25 can be mounted in any position and is compatible with proximity sensors for position sensing. It supports both standard and extended piston variants, and operates within a pressure range of 0.2 MPa to 0.8 MPa (2 bar to 8 bar). The actuator is compliant with CE and UKCA markings for explosion protection, making it suitable for use in Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 22 ATEX environments.

Constructed with die-cast aluminum covers and NBR and TPE-U(PU) seals, the DGC-K-25 ensures durability and long-term performance. It is also RoHS-compliant and meets VDMA24364-B1/B2-L standards for LABS (PWIS) conformity, making it suitable for use in the food industry. The actuator operates within an ambient temperature range of -10°C to +60°C and supports operation with oil lubrication for extended use.
