The Finder 40 Series PCB Relay is a high-performance relay designed for direct PCB or socket mount applications. This versatile relay is ideal for use in control panels, electrical distribution, automation systems, and more. With its robust construction and compliance with EN 60335-1 glow wire requirements, it ensures reliable operation in demanding environments.
The relay features a monostable drive mode and is available in various configurations, including 1 CO 12 A, 2 CO 8 A, and 1 CO 16 A. It offers a pin length of 3.5 mm for PCB mount and 5.2 mm for plug-in mount, providing flexibility in installation. The relay also supports both AC and DC coils, with rated power options of 1.2 VA for AC and 0.65 W for DC.
Designed for durability, the Finder 40 Series PCB Relay boasts a mechanical life of up to 10 million cycles and an electrical life of up to 200,000 cycles at rated load AC1. It operates within a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for various industrial and automation applications.
Additional features include 8 mm creepage and clearance, 6 kV insulation between coil and contact, and environmental protection options of RT II (flux proof) and RT III (wash tight). The relay is compatible with 95 series sockets for PCB or 35 mm rail mounting, offering screw, screwless, or push-in terminals. Optional modules for coil indication and EMC suppression are also available.
