The Keyence GV-H1000 Sensor Head is an ultra-long-distance type sensor designed for high-precision detection in various industrial applications. Utilizing a visible semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 655 nm, this sensor ensures accurate and reliable performance over distances ranging from 200 to 1000 mm (7.87" to 39.37"). The sensor is classified as a Class 2 laser under FDA (CDRH) Part 1040.10, IEC 60825-1, and JIS C6802 standards, ensuring safe operation.
Equipped with multiple operation status indicators, including a red LED for control output and green LEDs for laser radiation emission and spot indication, the GV-H1000 provides clear and immediate feedback on its operational state. The sensor's enclosure boasts an IP67 rating, offering excellent protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
The GV-H1000 is designed to withstand challenging conditions, with an operating ambient luminance tolerance of up to 5000 lux for incandescent lamps and 10000 lux for sunlight. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -10 to +50 °C (14 to 122 °F) and a relative humidity range of 35 to 85% RH, ensuring reliable performance without condensation.
