Product Description

The Keyence LR-XH100 is a high-precision sensor head designed for industrial applications requiring a separate amplifier model. With a detecting distance of 25.0 to 100.0 mm and a 2m cable, this sensor head ensures accurate and reliable measurements. The green laser (505 nm) provides a Class 1 laser product classification, ensuring safety and compliance with IEC60825-1 and FDA (CDRH) standards.

The LR-XH100 features a display resolution of 0.1 mm and a spot size of approximately 0.3 mm × 2 mm at a detecting distance of 100 mm, making it ideal for precise detection tasks. The sensor is built to withstand harsh environments with an IP65/IP67 enclosure rating and resistance to ambient light up to 16,000 lx. It operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C and relative humidity levels of 35 to 85% RH.

Constructed with durable materials such as SUS316L for the case and PSU for the lens cover, the LR-XH100 is designed for longevity and reliability. The sensor also includes a laser warning label for safety. Its vibration resistance (10 to 500 Hz; Power Spectral Density: 0.816 G2/Hz) and shock resistance (1,000 m/s2) ensure stable performance in demanding industrial settings.
