The GSS Helical Worm Gearbox is optimized for compact drive applications requiring efficient performance and minimal noise. In terms of torque capacity, this gearbox can handle a maximum torque of 1,250 Nm and offers gear ratios of up to i=1847, making it versatile for integration with both three-phase AC motors and servo motors. The inclusion of a torque plate with a rubber buffer enhances installation flexibility.
Designed for environmental resilience, the series provides protection classes reaching IP65, depending on the specific version. It supports a defined operating temperature range from -20°C to +40°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +60°C. Additionally, various surface protection options ensure durability and compliance in industrial settings.
