The Thin Wall Heat Shrink Tubing is designed to effectively shrink around electrical wires, connectors, joints, and terminals upon exposure to heat, providing essential protection against abrasion. This tubing is suitable for insulating and safeguarding wires and cables in indoor, dry environments.
Featuring a shrink ratio of 2:1, it can accommodate a range of diameters from 0.187 inches (4.8 mm) to 0.093 inches (2.4 mm). The operational temperature range spans from -67°F to 275°F (-55°C to 135°C), ensuring versatility in various applications. Constructed from flame retardant, cross-linked polyolefin, this material meets specific performance standards.
Each tubing measures 4 feet (1.2 meters) in length and is available in a classic black color. The package contains 25 pieces, making it an efficient choice for both individual and bulk needs.
