The universal network zone system is designed to accommodate two industrial switches within a mild steel enclosure measuring 24 inches by 36 inches. It includes sixteen Cat 6 shielded copper patch cords and jack modules alongside four multimode LC fiber uplink patch cords equipped with six adapters and redundant power supplies. This system is engineered for industrial automation, enabling the deployment of customer-owned industrial switches directly on the plant floor.

With a total of 48 ports, the enclosure supports a maximum load capacity of 350 pounds (approximately 158.75 kg) and is powder-coated for added durability. It adheres to UL 508A standards for industrial control panels and is rated IP66, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The unit is designed for wall mounting and includes essential accessories such as cable management side panels, a top slack plate, and a 19-inch, 48-port patch panel.
