Product Description
The triangulation sensor with background suppression is designed for standard applications, featuring a detection range adjustable from 10 mm to 80 mm, with a maximum detection range of 100 mm. The device operates using modulated visible red light at a wavelength of 660 nm, providing a reliable performance in various lighting conditions. Notably, the sensor's background suppression begins at 100 mm, enhancing its utility in environments with varying object distances.
Equipped with a push-pull output, this sensor supports a maximum switching voltage of 30 V DC and a switching current of up to 100 mA. The device is designed to maintain functionality with a response time of 0.5 ms and a switching frequency of 1000 Hz, ensuring quick and accurate detection. The operation indicators include a green LED that indicates power on, while a yellow LED confirms object detection.
Constructed with a housing made of ABS and an optical face of PMMA, this sensor has a degree of protection rated at IP67/IP69K, making it suitable for demanding environments. The sensor can operate within an ambient temperature range of -20 °C to 60 °C (-4 °F to 140 °F) and is rated for storage temperatures between -20 °C and 75 °C (-4 °F to 167 °F). This device complies with EN 60947-5-2 and is approved with cULus listing. The designation code for this product is ML6-8-H-80-RT/110/115a.
