The ATV320 variable speed drive is engineered to support both synchronous and asynchronous motor types, operating at a rated power of 0.75 kW. This drive functions efficiently within a voltage range of 380V to 500V and comes with an integrated Class C2 EMC filter.
Designed for harsh environments, the device features an IP66 rating, ensuring it is wash-down capable to mitigate dust and chemical contamination. The unit is fanless, weighing 5.9 kg, and supports Modbus and CANopen communication protocols, accessible via an RJ45 connector at the front.
With a switching frequency adjustable between 2 kHz and 16 kHz, the ATV320 can handle a line current of 3.6 A at 380 V, and 2.8 A at 500 V under heavy duty conditions. This drive includes multiple safety functions, configurable via SoMove software, to enhance operational security.
The ATV320 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including conveyors, gantry cranes, and packaging machinery, conforming to various international standards such as IEC, UL, and TUV.
