The Schneider Electric Altivar Machine ATV320 is a versatile variable speed drive designed for a wide range of applications. Its compact form factor allows vertical stacking inside machine frames, making it an ideal choice for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with simple and advanced application requirements. This drive can feed 3-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors, offering a rated power of up to 4kW and a voltage range from 380V to 500V AC.

The Altivar Machine ATV320 is robustly designed with IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C3 coated printed circuit boards, allowing it to operate in harsh environmental conditions. It incorporates functions suitable for common applications, including high dynamic performance with flux vector control without sensor and extended frequency range for high-speed motors.

The drive software includes 5 safety functions that help machines meet safety requirements, whether or not they are used in conjunction with a Preventa safety module. These safety functions can be configured using SoMove software. The Altivar Machine ATV320 conforms to international standards IEC/EN 61800-5-1 and IEC/EN 61800-3 (immunity and conducted and radiated EMC emissions), and is CE, UL, CSA, NOM, EAC and RCM certified.
