The variable speed drive, model ATV900, is designed to operate with 3-phase motors, accommodating both synchronous and asynchronous types. It is capable of handling motors with a power rating of up to 37kW for applications that require slight overload conditions, allowing for up to 120% overload. For applications needing significant overload, it supports motors rated up to 22kW at 150% overload. The drive operates within a supply voltage range of 500 to 690V and is specifically tailored for various industrial processes across sectors such as oil and gas, mining, food and beverage, as well as water and wastewater management.
One of the notable features of this drive is its advanced connectivity options, including EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, which enable seamless integration into existing automation architectures. The built-in web server and data logging capabilities facilitate rapid troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, significantly reducing downtime. Furthermore, it provides comprehensive motor performance management and allows for total control of couplings in master/slave configurations.
