Product Description

Lifecycle Status:

The Altivar Process ATV900 is a versatile variable speed drive capable of feeding both synchronous and asynchronous 3-phase power motors. It is designed for industrial processes in various sectors such as oil and gas, mining, minerals and metals, food and beverage water and wastewater.

This drive supports motor ratings up to 90kW/125hp for applications requiring slight overload (up to 120%). For applications requiring significant overload (up to 150%), it can handle motor ratings up to 75kW/100hp. It operates at a rated supply voltage ranging from 380V to 480V AC.

The Altivar Process ATV900 offers high motor performance on any motor and total control of any kind of coupling in master/slave applications. Its advanced connectivity, including EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, allows deep integration into automation architectures. Network services ensure operation continuity even in case of connection breakdown.

The drive is designed to be mounted in a vertical position (+/- 10 °) on a wall. It includes a braking unit for added safety and control.
