The MN undervoltage release is designed for use with TeSys GV motor circuit breakers, specifically models GV2 and GV3. It operates at a control circuit voltage of 24V AC at 50Hz, ensuring reliable performance in various applications. This device triggers the circuit breaker when the control voltage falls below 0.35 times the rated voltage (Uc), with a permissible opening range between 0.35 and 0.7 Uc. The circuit breaker can only be reset when the control voltage is restored to a range of 0.85 to 1.1 Uc.
Installation is straightforward, as it mounts on the right side of the circuit breaker and connects via screw clamp terminals. The device complies with multiple international standards, including IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, and EAC, and meets Green Premium requirements, signifying its adherence to environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACh. The product is also mercury-free and does not contain toxic heavy metals. With an operational lifetime of 10,000 cycles for GV3 models and 30,000 cycles for GV2 models, it is built for durability.
Additional specifications include a compact design with a height of 89mm, width of 18mm, and depth of 66mm. The device weighs 0.105 kg and can accommodate various cable sizes ranging from 0.75 to 2.5 mm² for both solid and flexible types. Its inrush power is rated at 12 VA AC, with a hold-in power consumption of 3.5 VA AC, making it suitable for consistent operation in demanding environments.
