The TeSys Giga high power contactor is a robust solution for AC-3 applications up to 185A 110kW@440V. It features a wide band low consumption electronic coil (48-130V AC/DC) and an embedded highly reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block (17V 1mA).

This contactor is designed for maximum operating rates up to 600 cycles per hour in environments up to 60°C. It offers a mechanical durability of 5 Mcycles, ensuring high reliability and durability.

The TeSys Giga contactor comes with local Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) as a standard function, providing continuous monitoring with healthy and alarm indicators. The switching module can be replaced for enhanced contactor life.

This compact device measures 255mm x 108mm x 175mm (H x W x D), making it ideal for panel space savings. It is certified under multiple standards (CE, CB, CCC, cULus, EAC, KC, RCM, Marine) and compliant with Green Premium (RoHS/Reach).

The TeSys Giga contactor provides IP2x protection in the front face with shrouds conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106. It can operate at ambient air temperatures from -25°C to 60°C and is directly mountable on a plate, with no derating up to 3000m altitude.

The contactor can be fixed in all quadrants, allowing for easy maintenance without removing cables/busbars. The OLR can be mounted directly below the contactor. It is designed for power connection by bolted connection and control connections by spring terminals, accessible from the front for quick replacement.
