The TeSys H ultra compact direct safety starter is a high-performance solution designed for the control and protection of 3-phase motors up to 3kW@400V (3HP@480V). This hybrid technology-based starter offers an ultra-compact design with a width of just 22.5mm, while also providing extended electrical durability up to 30 million cycles AC-53.

It is equipped with control for one direction of rotation and adjustable motor current ranging from 1.5A to 6.5A. The starter features class 10A thermal overload protection with auto/manual/remote reset, phase loss and phase unbalanced protection, stall and jam motor protection.

The TeSys H starter can be supplied with a voltage range of 110-230V AC. It offers logic inputs for ON/OFF motor running and remote reset after thermal tripping, as well as a 1C/O contact relay for fault indication and an LED status on the front face for indication of tripping and motor running.

This starter is integrated with Safe Torq Off (STO) function with SIL3 level according IEC61508-1 and PLe level according ISO13849-1, making it suitable for safety chain applications. It can be mounted on a DIN rail and features spring terminals for control and power.

The TeSys H starter is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C, without derating until 30°C. It is multi-standard certified (IEC, UL, CCC) and Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
