This PTC heating resistance unit is equipped with a fan and thermostat, providing efficient heating at power levels of 400 to 550W and operating on 120V AC at 50/60 Hz. It is specifically designed for integration with the ClimaSys CR Thermal Management System.

Constructed for vertical installation, the heater is secured in place using clips. The dimensions of the unit are 150mm in width, 220mm in height, and 150mm in depth. It offers a temperature setting range from 0 to 60 °C, ensuring precise control over the environment within the enclosure.

For optimal performance, the heater should be paired with a thermal controller to manage temperature and humidity levels inside the enclosure. Additionally, the enclosure must be adequately sealed to prevent external air infiltration. An electrical protection device is required on the supply side of the unit to ensure safety.

Electrical connections are facilitated through two screw terminals rated for 2.5 mm² wiring. The unit has an ingress protection rating of IP20, making it suitable for various environments. It operates effectively in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to 70 °C and conforms to UL and VDE certification standards. Notably, this product is classified as a green premium, reflecting its minimal use of hazardous substances.
