The RXM series includes miniature plug-in relays designed for use with RXZE sockets. This specific model is configured with four changeover (C/O) contacts, supporting a maximum switching capacity of 1500 VA and a continuous output current of 5A. It operates effectively within a control circuit voltage range of 110 V DC, making it suitable for various industrial applications including HVAC, automation control panels, and motor control systems.
The relay incorporates a lockable test button, which allows for momentary activation of the relay by pressing the blue button, followed by locking it in place with the green component. A mechanical indicator adjacent to the test button displays the contact status using an orange flag, while a green LED illuminates when the relay is activated, providing clear visual feedback.
This product is designed to withstand harsh operating conditions, featuring a wide ambient air temperature range of -40°C to 55°C and compliance with various international standards including IEC, CE, UL, and RoHS. Furthermore, it offers robust dielectric strength ratings of 1300 V AC between contacts and 2000 V AC between coil and contact.
For added durability, the relay is engineered to resist vibrations and shocks, withstanding up to 3 gn during operation and 10 gn when not in operation. The relay is also equipped with a pollution degree rating of 2, ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments.
