Lifecycle Status:

The Analog Input Cartridge for Hoisting Applications is a component of the Modicon M221 range, offering programmable logic controllers for hardwired architectures. This application cartridge is an option for the Modicon M221C logic controller and provides 2 dedicated analog inputs for controlling a load cell in hoisting applications.

The analog input types available are current 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, and voltage 0 to 10 v. This product requires minimal installation and offers tremendous versatility. The serial line can be configured with Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII or ASCII protocols.

The cartridge features a non-removable screw terminal for electrical connection and has dimensions of 35mm (Width) x 15mm (Depth) x 41mm (Height), weighing 0.015kg. It is certified by CE, IACS E10, CSA, RCM, LR, ABS, DNV-GL, EAC and CULus.

This product meets EN/IEC 61010-2-201, EN/IEC 61131-2 and EN/IEC 60664-1 standards. It is compatible with the Modicon M221C PLC.
