The Sick ReLy RLY3-OSSD100 Safety Relay is designed to provide robust output expansion for safety sensors with OSSDs. With a mission time of 20 years and a mean probability of dangerous failure per hour (PFHD) of 1.0 x 10-9, it guarantees long-term reliability and performance.

Featuring 2 safety inputs and 2 enabling current paths, the RLY3-OSSD100 offers versatile connectivity through a front connector with spring terminals. It includes a feedback current path for external device monitoring, enhancing system diagnostics and safety. The relay operates passively, with a power consumption of ≤ 1.5 W (DC) for input circuits, ensuring energy efficiency.

The RLY3-OSSD100 is built to withstand demanding industrial environments, with an enclosure rating of IP20 (IEC 60529) and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C. It complies with multiple international standards, including IEC 61000-6-4 for interference emission and IEC 61326-3-1 for interference resistance.
