The CEP1 High Precision Stroke Reading Cylinder from SMC is designed for applications requiring accurate and reliable stroke measurement. This cylinder features a non-rotating piston and a resolution of 0.01mm, ensuring precise positioning and measurement. The built-in magnet allows for easy integration with auto switches, and the special scraper, standard on all models, provides IP67 protection against fluids such as water, oil, and coolant.
The CEP1 series is equipped with an RS-232C output function and BCD output, supporting up to 31 points of binary output. The cylinder is compatible with a wide range of power supply voltages (12 to 24 VDC) and offers improved noise resistance, making it suitable for various industrial environments.
