Series VGA342 is a 3 port air operated valve and can be used as a selector or divider valve (external pilot). Actuation is changeable between N.C., N.O., or external pilot types. VGA342 is possible to use in vacuum or under low pressures. No lubrication is required.

SMC S new AC-B series of modular type F.R.L. unit is available in six basic sizes and is interchangeable with the existing modular AC line. The AC-B series has a maximum set pressure of 125 psi and offers embedded gauge and pressure switch options not found in the AC-A. The element and bowl on the AF series is now one-piece, making element replacement easier. Required maintenance space has been reduced by as much as 46% on the AFseries, depending on the body size. Bowls on size 30 and up are now covered with a transparent bowl guard, completely protecting them from the enviromnent, and making the interior contents visible from 360 degrees. The base color of the new AC-B is uban white, maintaining a clean, modern look.

PowerPacT Q-Frame circuit breakers are used for overcurrent protection and switching on 240VAC systems. They are rated for 240VAC operational voltage and provide thermal magnetic trip protection. PowerPacT Q circuit breakers are available in 2 and 3-pole unit mount and I-Line constructions. All PowerPacT circuit breakers have an integral push-to-trip button in the cover to manually trip the circuit breaker. This unit has I-Line terminations on the line side and mechanical lugs on the load side. This PowerPacT Q, 100A, 3 pole, circuit breaker has an interrupting rating of 25kA at 208Y/120VAC and 240VAC. The ARP is a modular style, direct operated precision regulator. A locking adjustment knob allows the pressure to be set, and then locked to prevent accidental setting changes. The ARP20/30/40 series is available with a back flow function that exhausts the air pressure in the outlet side reliably and quickly. The C85 series single rod, double acting, conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm. A unique rod packing design prevents entry of dust and the effectiveness of the seal is such that the C85 is suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. With abrasion resistant packings and replaceable piston rod seals, the C85 offers exceptional service life.

Standard double acting single non-rotating piston rod version of our NCM stainless steel cylinders. A wear ring extends the seal life and a bronze rod bushing is standard on all bore sizes. The NCM is available in 3 mounting styles (front nose, double end and rear pivot). The NCM is auto-switch capable without any change in cylinder dimension. Bore sizes range from 3/4 to 1 1/2 and standard strokes from 1/2 to 12 .

Series TU tubing represents a new high quality standard in metric size polyurethane tubing. Series TUH, hard polyurethane tubing, is available in a standard or high pressure type and TUS is a soft polyurethane tubing.

SMC s CG5-S series is a stainless steel cylinder, perfect for use in wash down applications such as food processing machinery requiring intense cleaning. The use of non-toxic additives allows confident use in equipment for foods, beverages and medical products, etc. The CG5-S can be disassembled, allowing replacement of seals, which promotes an extended service life. SMC provides plugs for unused mounting threads to prevent residue build-up in the threads. The use of stainless steel (SUS304) on external metal parts provides improved corrosion resistance in environments with exposure to water.
