The pneumatic controllers are engineered to work with a remote bulb or sensor, enabling precise proportional or proportional plus integral control of pneumatic valve or damper actuators. These devices are particularly suited for applications requiring temperature, humidity, or pressure regulation. Notably, two models with remote sensors are available specifically for reset applications.With an overall width of 3.81 inches (96 mm), a height of 5.875 inches (148 mm), and a depth of 3.375 inches (86 mm), these controllers are compact yet functional. They operate effectively within a range of temperatures from a minimum of 40 °F (5 °C) to a maximum of 130 °F (55 °C) and can withstand operating pressures up to 30 psi (207 kPa). The controllers are designed to function optimally at a minimum operating humidity of 5% and can handle maximum humidity levels of 95%. The airflow usage is rated at 0.07 cfm (33 ml/s), and they include dual sensor inputs, although they do not feature remote control point adjustment. The product can operate in either direct or reverse acting modes, making it versatile for various control strategies.
