ECMA Concept designs specific innovative machines and robotics equipments adapted for customer specific requirements. ECMA Concept proposes an end-to-end service from defining the requirements with the customers, designing, integrating and validating and installing the machine into customer premises. After commissioning the machine with the customer, ECMA Concept trains the operators to the use of the machine. ECMA Concept has signed strategic partnerships with 2 WW robot suppliers: KUKA and YASKAWA. ECMA Concept has also developed its own product called ProfilPaint®, a patented automated robot application for painting metal beams for industrial buildings. - Its originality: the cross-beam moving gate for applying the painting moves around the beams positioned on lift tables. - Its advantages: its cost and footprint savings for the customer.
