In addition to our core business (maintenance of industrial machines/tools), we have developed projects related to Research & Development.
These are innovative projects, with new technologies related to industry 4.0 and industry 5.0; two of them are, for example:
Hydraulic control unit with IoT, intelligent sensors, computer/tablet and production management software to monitor the warehouse and orders;
Engine test bench with IoT, computer/tablet, intelligent sensors and augmented reality headset (used to see data in an innovative way).
These projects related to human-machine collaboration (through the exchange of information), allow for “predictive maintenance”. In this way it is possible to set and fix the machine before the breakdown happens. So we are talking about saving time, costs and resources, avoiding production stops.
We had the opportunity to show what we have developed at the Sector Fairs in Bari and Bologna (Italy), from 2019 onwards.
