The VHS series provides a convenient means of isolating supplied pressure in a pneumatic system and exhausting downstream pressure for maintenance purposes. The units can be locked in the exhaust position and can be an integral part of an energy isolation system. Air flow direction is easily identified by handle orientation and labelling. They can be used alone or can be conveniently connected to an FRL assembly using modular spacers.

The VXZ series for water is a 2 port, pilot operated solenoid valve capable of operating at higher differential pressures by maintaining a zero differential pressure on the seat. The molded coil offers low power consumption, long life and high reliability. Standard NBR seal and optional FKM seal for use with deionized water. Available for port sizes ranging from 1/4 to 1 inch. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.9 to 10.2.

Standard double acting, single rod version of the CQ2 compact cylinder. The CQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

Series VH rotary hand valve s compact design and variety of flow rates make it ideal for a wide range of applications requiring manual directional control. The slide ring design makes the VH valve easy to operate while offering a high tolerance to contamination with its self-cleaning, wiping action .

The VZM series is a 5 port mechanical valve. It is compact in design with a large flow capacity (VZM400 Cv 0.55, VZM500 Cv 0.6). The VZM is available in a metal or rubber spool style, with a variety of actuator choices and optional external pilot.

The series CU single rod, double acting free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 6mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. Options include auto-switch capabilities, free mount choices, recessed switch mounting grooves and rubber bumpers standard.

The R(D)Q series of compact cylinders features an innovative air cushion construction, which sets it apart from traditional models. By eliminating the need for a cushion ring, this design significantly reduces the overall length of the cylinder. This not only enhances its compactness but also contributes to improved shock absorption and noise reduction. The R(D)Q series is designed to meet the demands for reduced shock, noise reduction, and enhanced repeatability at the stroke end.

The new VM100/200 series is now more lightweight and compact than the conventional model. The series has a variety of actuator types to choose from. Also, with piping options of side ported and bottom ported, it is now possible to choose the mounting method with the side ported.

The C85 series single rod, double acting, conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm. A unique rod packing design prevents entry of dust and the effectiveness of the seal is such that the C85 is suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. With abrasion resistant packings and replaceable piston rod seals, the C85 offers exceptional service life.

SMC s VP300/500/700 series solenoid valve, offers high flow capacity and reduced power consumption (1.55W standard, 0.55W with power saving circuit). The series may be used as either a selector valve, or a divider valve. It is vacuum applicable up to –101.2kPa. Series VP3145/3165/3185 is a large size, 3 port solenoid valve with a rubber seal. It is possible to use the series in vacuum applications or under low pressure. Both series are available in a normally closed or normally open styles.

VXS 2 port solenoid valve for steam is compact and lightweight, designed to operate with no need for differential pressure. The VXS is considerably quieter than similar valves due to its special construction and full wave rectifier type solenoid. A piston main valve and special FKM material for both the valve and seal help reduce internal leakage to 1.0 cm /min or less, and improve life cycle and valve reliability. The VXS valve series is RoHS compliant and meets IP65 enclosure guidelines.

CP96, profile tube design ISO cylinder with enclosed tie rods, is available in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The air cushion and bumper cushion combination greatly reduces noise at the end of stroke. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. Increasing the precision of the bushing and piston rod, as well as reducing tolerances, has decreased the deflection of the piston rod. Standard strokes range from 25 to 800mm.
