The VNB series a 2 port process valve for a wide variety of fluids including air, water, oil, gas and vacuum. It is available with three types of body material: copper alloy, aluminum and stainless steel.

SMC s updated VXD series for water is a pilot operated, 2 port solenoid valve. The renewed VXD is not only smaller, but uses less power compared to the previous version. Available in brass and stainless steel, the VXD series also offers low concentration ozone resistant and oil free options. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.9 to 49

SMC s MK-Z has an allowable moment of inertia 3 times higher than the conventional MK and MK2 styles. The overall length is the same as the conventional styles, and mounting dimensions are interchangeable with the MK series. Auto switches can be mounted on any of the 4 surfaces with no projection of the switch.

The SV series of solenoid valves introduces a multi-connector system for internal manifold wiring, replacing traditional lead wires. This design allows for easier modification of manifold stations by connecting each block with a connector. Cassette base type manifolds offer unparalleled flexibility as sections can be added or removed using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors enables the valve to support up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

Series VR1210/1200 shuttle valve is a 3 ported valve with one output and 2 pneumatic signal and input ports. Output is always supplied by high pressure inlet. The VR12**F series are interrupters for control of air pressure signal system lines. Piping is possible in any position and the one-touch fittings make piping connections simple. Time delay valve series VR2110 with its combination of adjustable orifice and fixed flow allows transmission of a pneumatic signal after a fixed time period.

The SMC CP96SDB63-100 ISO Cylinder is a robust and reliable solution designed for a wide range of industrial automation applications. This standard double-acting single rod cylinder complies with ISO 15552 standards, ensuring compatibility and interchangeability with other ISO-compliant components. The cylinder features an easily adjustable cushion valve, allowing for precise control of end-of-stroke cushioning. Additionally, grooves are arranged on four surfaces to accommodate CNOMO, D-M9□, and A9□ auto switches, enhancing its versatility and ease of integration.The CP96SDB63-100 is equipped with a built-in magnet for auto switch functionality, making it ideal for applications requiring position sensing. With a bore size of 63 mm and a standard stroke of 100 mm, this cylinder offers reliable performance and durability. The basic mounting style ensures straightforward installation and maintenance.This cylinder is part of the CP96 series, which has been discontinued since March 2015. The replacement series is the CP96-C, which offers improved features and performance.

The 5 port solenoid valves series SQ was designed for applications which demand high speed, high frequency, long life and a precise response time. The SQ uses cassette style valves and manifolds, making it simple to increase or decrease the number of stations on a DIN rail. Valves are available with 12VDC or 24VDC rated voltage. Actuation options include 5 port single solenoid, 5 port double solenoid, and dual 3/2 ported. Manifold variations for the SQ plug-in series include EX510 Gateway-type serial transmission system, D-sub connector, flat ribbon cable connector, PC wiring system compatible flat ribbon cable, terminal block box, or a lead wire kit. The SQ plug lead units are available with D-sub connector, flat ribbon cable connector or PC wiring system compatible flat ribbon cable kits.

The new VM100/200 series is now more lightweight and compact than the conventional model. The series has a variety of actuator types to choose from. Also, with piping options of side ported and bottom ported, it is now possible to choose the mounting method with the side ported.

Standard double acting, single rod version of the CQ2 compact cylinder. The CQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

The CQM is a compact cylinder integrated with a guide rod and plate. The series is available in 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100mm bore sizes. Non-rotating accuracy is 0.2 or less. Series CQM allows a workpiece to be mounted directly to the tooling plate. Auto switches are mountable/removable even when the plate is retracted.

The ZCUK series is a non-rotating free mount cylinder for vacuum applications. The ZCUK was created by providing a vacuum passage in the rod of the CUK cylinder to enable a vacuum pad to be installed on the end of the rod. A guide is provided as standard equipment. Vacuum pads are available with pad diameters of 2 to 50. Cap or rod piping is available to the rod side. Series ZCUK is available in 5 bore diameters.

The C85-S/T series single rod, single acting, conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm. A unique rod packing design prevents entry of dust and the effectiveness of the seal is such that the C85 is suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. With abrasion resistant packings and replaceable piston rod seals, the C85 offers exceptional service life.

C55 double acting, air operated cylinders were designed to meet a broad range of automation machine applications. The C55 series achieves outstanding load performance due to its unique rubber bumpers, piston wear ring, and rod bushing. Standardized mounting options conform to both ISO 21287 and 6431.

VQ valves are ideal for applications requiring high speed, frequent operation, stable response time and long service life. Innovative mounting methods allow valves to be changed without entirely disassembling the manifold. Built-in one-touch fittings save piping time and labor.

The series CU single rod, double acting free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 6mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. Options include auto-switch capabilities, free mount choices, recessed switch mounting grooves and rubber bumpers standard.

The VXZ series for water is a 2 port, pilot operated solenoid valve capable of operating at higher differential pressures by maintaining a zero differential pressure on the seat. The molded coil offers low power consumption, long life and high reliability. Standard NBR seal and optional FKM seal for use with deionized water. Available for port sizes ranging from 1/4 to 1 inch. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.9 to 10.2.

The MU plate single rod, double acting, cylinder, with its elliptical design, provides a low profile while maintaining force output. The MU cylinder can eliminate the need for higher operating pressures that may be required for typical flat cylinders. The oval piston shape also provides an intrinsic non-rotating function without having to use a rod with flats, offering increased bearing and seal life.

SMC s VP300/500/700 series solenoid valve, offers high flow capacity and reduced power consumption (1.55W standard, 0.55W with power saving circuit). The series may be used as either a selector valve, or a divider valve. It is vacuum applicable up to –101.2kPa. Series VP3145/3165/3185 is a large size, 3 port solenoid valve with a rubber seal. It is possible to use the series in vacuum applications or under low pressure. Both series are available in a normally closed or normally open styles.
