The VXZ series for air is a 2 port, pilot operated solenoid valve capable of operating at higher differential pressures by maintaining a zero differential pressure on the seat. Available with resin, aluminum, brass or stainless steel body material. Standard NBR seal and optional FKM for use with ozone resistant applications. Available in port size 1/4 to 1 inch. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.7 to 9.4.

PVQ series, compact proportional solenoid valve, was designed by SMC with a direct poppet construction. This construction enables low leakage, while de-energized. PVQ series has been used in applications such as air blow, flow control, hand piece control for dental unit and other respiratory equipment, as well as, cooling for laser machinery etc.

The C(D)Q2-Z cylinder is a compact, double acting, single rod version designed for long stroke applications. This cylinder is available in bore sizes ranging from 12mm to 100mm with strokes up to 300mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads and can be mounted with auto switches on any of the four surfaces.

The VQC series has five standard wiring packages bringing a world of ease to wiring and maintenance work, while the protective enclosures of three of them conform to IP67 standards for protection from dust and moisture. The use of multi-pin connectors to replace wiring inside manifold blocks provides flexibility when adding stations or changing manifold configuration. The 5 port solenoid valves series SQ was designed for applications which demand high speed, high frequency, long life and a precise response time. The SQ uses cassette style valves and manifolds, making it simple to increase or decrease the number of stations on a DIN rail. Valves are available with 12VDC or 24VDC rated voltage. Actuation options include 5 port single solenoid, 5 port double solenoid, and dual 3/2 ported. Manifold variations for the SQ plug-in series include EX510 Gateway-type serial transmission system, D-sub connector, flat ribbon cable connector, PC wiring system compatible flat ribbon cable, terminal block box, or a lead wire kit. The SQ plug lead units are available with D-sub connector, flat ribbon cable connector or PC wiring system compatible flat ribbon cable kits.

The series CUK single non-rotating rod, double acting free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 6mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. Options include auto-switch capabilities, free mount choices, recessed switch mounting grooves and rubber bumpers standard.

Series VH rotary hand valve s compact design and variety of flow rates make it ideal for a wide range of applications requiring manual directional control. The slide ring design makes the VH valve easy to operate while offering a high tolerance to contamination with its self-cleaning, wiping action .

The new VM100/200 series is now more lightweight and compact than the conventional model. The series has a variety of actuator types to choose from. Also, with piping options of side ported and bottom ported, it is now possible to choose the mounting method with the side ported.

The units can be locked in the exhaust position and can be an integral part of an energy isolation system. Air flow direction is easily identified by handle orientation and labelling. They can be used alone or can be conveniently connected to an FRL assembly using modular spacers.

By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations are greatly simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Manifold sections can be added using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors allows up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

CP96, profile tube design ISO cylinder with enclosed tie rods, is available in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The air cushion and bumper cushion combination greatly reduces noise at the end of stroke. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. Increasing the precision of the bushing and piston rod, as well as reducing tolerances, has decreased the deflection of the piston rod. Standard strokes range from 25 to 800mm.

Series S070 is a super compact direct acting 2/3 port solenoid valve that meets the miniaturization needs of analyzers, medical equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. S070 is extremely lightweight (5g for valve single unit type) and operation noise is 38dB(A) or less. It is easy to increase or decrease the number of stations (stacking base). Valve width is 7mm.
