Stationary Multicode Reader
The stationary multicode reader, designated as ODT-MAC431-HD-WH-MC, effectively reads a wide range of codes including Maxi Code, PDF 417, Data Matrix, QR Code, and various others at speeds reaching 2 m/s. It operates with an integrated LED lighting system and a camera equipped with a global shutter, providing a resolution of 752 x 480 pixels and a gray scale of 256 levels.
Its reading capabilities extend to a distance of 60 mm, with a depth of focus of ± 3 mm and a maximum reading field of 15 mm x 10 mm. The multicode reader supports multiple interfaces including Ethernet with a TCP/IP protocol and RS 232, allowing for flexible connectivity options with a maximum cable length of 30 m.
This device is designed to function effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to 45 °C (32 to 113 °F) and can be stored at temperatures between -20 and 60 °C (-4 to 140 °F). The housing is constructed from powder-coated die-cast zinc, ensuring durability with an IP65 protection rating.
