Product Description

The ABB PSTX37-600-70 is a versatile softstarter designed for medium to large three-phase motors, offering a rated maximum operational current of 37A and an operating voltage span from 208V to 600V AC. The rated control voltage is between 100V to 250V AC at 50/60 Hz.

The PSTX features a three-phase control soft start and stop through a voltage or torque ramp, with built-in bypass for easy installation and energy saving. It offers relay outputs in NO (normally open state) for RUN, TOR and Event signals. The PSTX also has functions such as current limit, kickstart, analog output, EOL, motor heating, and pump cleaning.

The PSTX comes with standard features like jog, braking, stand-still brake, diagnostics, sequence start, and emergency/fire pump mode. It also has a detachable full graphic display with IP66 and 4x outdoor rating for easy interaction.

Communication with the PSTX can be done through hardwire inputs Start/Stop/Reset of fault, programmable digital inputs, built-in Fieldbus communication Modbus RTU, optional ANYBUS modules, or an external adaptor and a Fieldbus plug. The PSTX is suitable for medium to large-sized three-phase motors with nominal currents from 30A to 1250A inline connection or 52A to 2160A inside delta connection.
