The Class 5000 Smart Meter (H50) is designed for advanced energy monitoring, featuring dual protocol communications that allow simultaneous interaction with two energy monitoring systems, including Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Measurement & Verification (M&V) tools. This model includes a large 4-line LCD display with backlight for enhanced visibility.

With a current capacity of 3200 A, this meter operates within a voltage range of 277/480 V AC. It supports both 1 and 2 phase configurations and utilizes split-core current sensors to ensure accurate readings. The meter maintains an accuracy of ±1% across loads from 1% to 100% of its rated capacity.

Regulatory compliance includes ANSI C12.20 and UL/CUL approvals. It is housed in a NEMA 4X enclosure, ensuring protection against various environmental conditions. Designed for commercial and industrial applications, the Class 5000 meter operates effectively within a temperature range of -4 °F to 122 °F and can withstand humidity levels up to 95% non-condensing.
