Product Description

The Keyence GV-H130 Sensor Head is a medium-distance type sensor designed for precise detection applications. Utilizing a visible semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 655 nm, this sensor ensures accurate and reliable performance. The GV-H130 is classified as a Class 2 laser under FDA (CDRH) Part 1040.10, IEC 60825-1, and JIS C6802 standards, making it safe for industrial use.

With a detection distance ranging from 55 to 130 mm and a spot diameter of approximately ø0.3 mm at 130 mm, the GV-H130 offers exceptional precision. The sensor features control output and laser radiation emission indicators, as well as a spot indicator, all using LED technology for clear status visibility.

Built to withstand harsh environments, the GV-H130 boasts an IP67 enclosure rating, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. It operates effectively in ambient temperatures from -10 to +50 °C and can handle relative humidity levels of 35 to 85% without condensation. The sensor is also resistant to vibrations, withstanding frequencies from 10 to 55 Hz and double amplitudes of 1.5 mm for 2 hours in each axis.

Constructed from durable materials such as PBT for the housing, polyarylate for the display, SUS304 for metal components, and glass for the lens cover, the GV-H130 is designed for longevity and reliability. Its compact and lightweight design, weighing approximately 130 g, makes it easy to integrate into various industrial applications.
