The Altivar 212 variable speed drive is a robust solution for feeding 3-phase asynchronous motors. With an IP21 protection index and built-in EMC filter, it ensures reliable operation and adherence to international standards.

Featuring a rated power of up to 3kW and a voltage range from 380V to 480V AC, the Altivar 212 is designed for eco-energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption by up to 70% compared to conventional control systems. Its cable temperature rise reduction technology ensures immediate, disturbance-free operation.

Weighing 3.35kg and with dimensions of 142mm wide, 184mm high, and 150mm deep, the Altivar 212 is specifically designed for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and pumping applications in tertiary sector buildings.

Certified to international standards IEC/EN 61800-5-1 and IEC/EN 61800-3 (immunity and conducted and radiated EMC emissions), the Altivar 212 is also CE, UL, CSA, C-Tick, and NOM certified. It offers optional motor chokes for increased cable lengths and reduced disturbance at the motor terminals.

Mountable in a vertical position (+/- 10 °) on a panel, the Altivar 212 is compatible with various building management systems through its numerous integrated functions and communication protocols such as Modbus, METASYS N2, APOGEE FLN P1, and BACnet.
