Product Description
Lifecycle Status:
The TeSys U control and diagnostic unit is designed to be inserted into advanced power bases such as LUB120, LUB320, and LUB380 to form a TeSys U starter controller for 3-phase motor applications up to 5.5kW@400V. This unit provides full protection to motors with a rated current of 3-12A (Ir adjustable), overload tripping class 10, short circuit at 13 x Irmax, and overcurrent at 14.2 x Ir. It also offers phase loss and insulation fault protection (protection of equipment only). For diagnostics, the unit provides a thermal overload alarm that can be managed with an additional function module (to be ordered separately) and a test push button for overload simulation.
The TeSys U control unit is compatible with a 48V AC / 48-72V DC voltage for the control of the starter. It is certified when used in conjunction with a LUB power base (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), and Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
