Lifecycle Status:
The Schneider Electric TeSys U communication module is specifically designed for use with the Advantys STB. This module can be inserted into advanced power bases such as LUB120, LUB320, and LUB380, which are equipped with a BL type (24V DC) LUC control unit.
The TeSys U module provides two FireWire IEEE 1394 connections for connecting to an Advantys STB line. It also features a plug-in terminal block for connection to an external power supply of 24V DC. Additionally, it includes two configurable logic inputs and one logic output, all operating at 24V DC.
On the bottom of the module, there is a 3-point plug-in terminal block for local control of the starter controller. This can be associated with a control terminal block LU9BN11L for a LUB base or LU9MRL for a LU2B base.
The TeSys U module is equipped with three LEDs that indicate 24V voltage presence (24V=) and communication status (COMM, ERR). It is certified when used in conjunction with a LUB power base (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), and it complies with Green Premium standards (RoHS/REACh).
